PROCESS

1. At checkout, you will be instructed to include all personal information you wish to be printed in the "Card Customization" section.

2. Within 2 business days of your order, I will send an email requesting desired photo files. A digital proof of your design will be sent via email.

3. The digital proof will be sent to the email address provided during checkout - please make sure that your email address is correct and check your spam folder if necessary.

4. Once you receive the digital proof, you will be able to make up to TWO free changes. Any additional edits will have a fee of $5 per change.

5. After all changes are made, a final digital proof will be sent via email. Approval is required within 24 hours.

6. Upon approval, printing will begin. 

7. Final product will ship in roughly 10-14 business days after final approval is granted.
